Did I catch your attention?! I sure hope so…
It’s been a while! Let me catch you up…
In January, I performed in a music video! My friend Rosemarie made a song called “KillJoy” (no not me!) and it’s about the experience of being perceived as a killjoy or a debby downer when really you’re just trying to find connection but you’re missing the social cues that say pointing things out that aren’t necessarily hopeful is rude. Same. I’m very proud of her and very honored that she brought me on to support her vision. We use to live in the same dorm room freshman year of college. Now we are real adults making art together like we dreamed about. Go us!
I also began my journey as a 2025 Trisk Artist in Residence to present my full evening length solo show “Farewell My Fool”. The show is very confessional. It’s a dance theater/performance art piece that utilizes clowning and humor to interrogate the legacy of exploitation in performance, the failures of ambition, respectability politics, and self-realization.
It runs June 12-14, 2025 at Triskelion Arts in Brooklyn, NY.

In February, I had my first real clown gig! I performed for the avant-garde clown variety show called The Idiots Hour to try some stuff out. I definitely went over my allotted time which is a no-no in comedy world but no one was upset with me! Go me!
